Ken Corsello
Ken Corsello is an IP Law Counsel at IBM. He currently focuses on drafting and negotiating patent licenses and assignment agreements. At IBM, he has worked on patent procurement, litigation, client counseling, product clearance, and IP transactional matters.
Before joining IBM, Ken was a law clerk to Chief Judge Glenn Archer at the Federal Circuit; an Associate Solicitor in the USPTO; and in private practice at law firms in Washington, D.C. He did his undergraduate work in Computer Science at SUNY Stony Brook, received his JD from the Catholic University, and obtained an LL.M. from George Washington University.
Ken has been the chair of IPO’s Trade Secrets Committee since 2016. His recent presentations on trade secret law include participating in a panel at the USPTO’s “Trending Issues in Trade Secrets: 2019” symposium and as a witness on behalf of IPO at the 2018 hearing on “Safeguarding Trade Secrets in the United States” held by the U.S. House Committee on the Judiciary, Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property, and the Internet.

Adrian Leung
Adrian is presently Equifax UK’s Group Data Protection Officer where he is responsible for leading its privacy program and developing its privacy capabilities and function. Prior to Equifax, Adrian was Head of Information Security and Data Protection at Catalyst where he built its security and privacy functions. Adrian has more than 20 years of privacy and information security experience gained through a variety of roles across different industry sectors including as a security consultant for Deloitte where he provided specialist security advisory and assurance services to his Financial Services & Telco clients. He adopts a pragmatic approach to privacy and security and strongly believes it to be a business enabler. Adrian also led a security awareness programme which won the 2018 Peer Award for Excellence in Information Security – Security Training Category.
Adrian holds a Ph.D. in Information Security from Royal Holloway and has contributed to the development of international security standards. He is regularly invited to speak at privacy and security conferences.
Vikas Chandra
Vikas Chandra is Senior Director at Meta Reality Labs where he works on AI research focusing on AR and VR products. Prior to Meta, he was Director of Applied Machine Learning at Arm Inc. He received his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. He held the positions of Visiting Scholar (2011 – 2014) and Visiting Faculty (2016 - 2017) in the EE department at Stanford University. He has authored 120+ research publications and is an inventor on 40+ US and international patents. Dr. Chandra received the ACM-SIGDA Technical Leadership Award in 2009 and was invited to the 2017 Frontiers of Engineering Symposium organized by the National Academy of Engineering. He is a senior member of IEEE.
