After taking the test, his algorithms help provide users with the most suitable and unbiased ingredients, supplements and professional treatment modalities based on their unique SkinDNA® profile rather than guess work.
Over a decade since inception, SkinDNA® kits are sold in more than 20 countries.
In addition, Stefan’s proprietary and award-winning technology powers more than 70 per cent of all DNA skin health tests for cosmetic and skincare brands around the world; and his company holds one of the largest derma genetics / lifestyle interaction databases.
Stefan has received global recognition for his innovation and contribution to the cosmetic and biotechnology industries, as well as for its efforts in promoting Australian technology worldwide. His years of research boiled down to this one key finding: your DNA has a major influence upon your skin health and the way your skin will age.
Stefan is using his decades of research into the genomic insights of skin aging to collaborate with leading Australian university, University of NSW, and globally recognised research facility, The Garvin Institute, to continue to revolutionise the way in which genetics can inform skincare practices.

Anu is the Founding Partner of Female Founders Fund, an early-stage fund investing in technology companies started by women. Female Founders Fund has invested in some of the fastest growing female-led start-ups nationwide including: Eloquii, WayUp, Tala, Zola, Primary, Thrive Global, WinkyLux, Billie and more. In 2018, Anu was included in Fortune’s “40 Under 40” list, and she has been praised for her impact in diversifying venture capital with additional distinctions including Business Insider’s “Ultimate List of Female Startup Investors,” and “Top 4 Venture Firms Investing in Women”. Anu began her tech career as a co-founder of Exclusively.in, a private sale e-commerce company backed by Accel & Tiger which was acquired by Myntra. She is a Board Observer for ELOQUII, Maven Clinic, and Landit, and a Board Member for WinkyLux and The Rubin Museum of Art. She holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA from Vassar College.

Kristina Serafim
Kristina Serafim is a Director at Verizon Ventures. Kristina joined Verizon Ventures from Verizon’s Big Data and Artificial Intelligence product team. Prior to Verizon, Kristina was a Director at Intellectual Ventures, where she led investments in machine learning, media, advertising, and gaming technologies. Kristina’s entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding and leading two software companies, from their inception to acquisition. Kristina also spent several years on the strategy and corporate development teams at IBM and at NAGRA Innovations. She received an electrical and mechanical engineering degree from Kettering University and an MBA from Harvard University.
