Delise Martiré is the Director of Product Development at Veracity Selfcare where she leads the strategic vision and innovation for the development of hormonally safe and optimized skincare and wellness products. Her experience includes technology scouting for innovative ingredients across hair, face, and body categories; forming external research partnerships with biotech companies and university research centers; assessing white space opportunities; product marketing; and new product development. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Cosmetic Science.
