Heading up Sagentia Innovation’s global Consumer division, Duncan has a wealth of experience with brands in the personal care & beauty, consumer health, beverages and retail sectors in Europe, North America and Asia. He’s worked with Colgate-Palmolive, L’Oréal, Philips, GSK, ABInBev, Hitachi and Ocado amongst many others. With a background in consumer electronics R&D and manufacture, he is particularly focussed on blending physical and digital technologies to enable new consumer experiences that drive growth for brands. Duncan’s favorite consumer device is the Bialetti Moka – the perfect combination of timeless design, excellent physics and theatrical consumer experience.
